SCENE 1:

MONDAY, INT. SCHOOL- DAY

NA (voice over): Does everyone at school think you're lame (make it sound like a statement/fact)

MA walking down hallway, smiles at Passerbys. Cue sad music in background when Passerbys return smile with a weirded-out face, so MA is sheepish. He enters full classroom with head down and shoulders hunched. Teacher and peers laugh at him when he sits in the wrong desk and stumbles to the right one.

NA: Do you wish you could make yourself cool (?)

Close-up on MA dreamily gazing at CK and the crowd gathered around him. Two peers fan him with giant leaves. MA gets up, grabs hall pass, and walks out into hallway, looking dejected. Abrupt pause in sad music, cue excited track 3. S jumps out and shakes MA's shoulders. MA is taken aback.

S: Well, now you can! (shows MA a flyer) Purchase "IDentify Yourself" today! With this, you can customize your own identity! You can make others perceive you however you want them to!

MA gapes and grabs flyer.

Camera dollies in on MA's happy face as he goes on his phone to subscribe.

SCENE 2:

MONDAY, INT. CLASSROOM- DAY (1 minute later)

MA, who looks fashionable and less generic, walks back into classroom. Crowd that surrounds CK gazes at MA and all move as one mass to surround him. CK looks confused, then jealous when he catches sight of MA. MA is then fanned by the giant leaves. Smiles and winks at the camera. Cut to flyer:

  1. This is such a creative blog post! I really like how this brings up the fact that society is also drawn towards certain types of personalities, and how fabricated some of these can be.

  5. This is so unique! and yes it is the sad reality that advertisers do this to sell their products. Making people feel less of themselves is wrong.
